You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.
To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is enough to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in any event you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
If you requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you communicated your withdrawal, compared with the full coverage of the contract.
Your right of withdrawal expires in the case of a contract for the supply of services once we have fully performed the service, provided that performance began only after you gave your express consent and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance.
For the audit you give this consent during checkout. The date and time are stated in your order confirmation. In plain terms: you can withdraw until your report is delivered, and not afterwards.
